The Investor Relations Charter (IRC) is NIRI’s recently established certification program designed to maintain a globally recognized standard of practice in investor relations. IRC credential holders have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and skill for competence across the IR discipline. Developed through the collaboration of its practitioners and constituents, the IRC exam assesses proficiency across ten subject areas essential to performing the investor relations function.
