We continue to be in very interesting market times. The dynamics are fluid and while the IPO market has been strong, it has also been supplemented with SPACs, which have become a hot financing alternative, allowing companies to become public entities without many of the steps associated with a standard IPO.

For our March “What’s Brewing”, Sandy Walter, Managing Director in Baird’s Equity Capital Markets Group, and his team at RW Baird will share their thoughts on the current state of the capital markets and the trends in IPOs and SPACs.
